I'd like to know how full that plane gets on an average fight. How many actual Q employees or shareholders versus friends and family. My guess is that PJ needs one for checking on the team in Sacramento and Steve like to go antique shopping on the Amalfi coast and they couldn't work out a compromise on the schedule so they thought "well what better way to improve the morale of the company than by purchasing a new plane" .... They are the company right?
Back in May , they were changing the water dispensors to save money. How ridiculous is that?
The bigger picture is about credibility...how is this in line with their stated goal of cost cutting? Meanwhile, back in May they started saving money on the drinking water dispensors. How does this make any sense?

Anonymous167952, actually it took Barry to step in to change behavior. The execs just claimed after the fact that they were totes gonna do all those things anyway. Sorta like telling somebody their fly is unzipped and they say "oh I know I was just about to zip up"
More power to them, if they wanted a jet then by all means buy a jet (or many). Q exists to MAKE MONEY, not to employ people, what they do with the $ is up to them (if it affects shareholders then they'll change their behavior). It just so happens that to make $, they need employees to do stuff. If they don't need them, then the employees find a different company. Who cares about saving jobs?! WTF.

A G650 is in the ballpark of $65 Million. How many jobs could have been saved with that? Howany years of healthcare is that?
