Why no college recruiting this year? I mean at least show up and kick a tire. This reflects poorly upon us and our long term outlook. Are we in that bad of shape?

Oh yes interns are not expensive. The cost to recruit the intern, the cost to wine and dine the intern, the cost to pay the intern, the cost to room and board the intern, the cost to fly the intern around in the company jets,
Intern recruiting boondoggle. Which is exactly why we don't need this groups overhead right now. I agree, pink slip next week for the whole bunch.
They are only recruiting interns.

COP rescinded offers. It'd be pretty bad to then go recruiting.
Sure sounds like they know not what they do.. They are " T Boone Pickens"ing" Themselves.
But the college recruiting staff remain in place. What they hell do the recruiters so all day?
COP will be a paper entity by this time next year, selling off leases, royalties, pipe wrenches and pickup trucks to pay for the golden parachutes of the hierarchy It's all over but the shouting for this mismanaged company.
