I've been at wf for years, and I've seen that if I work hard I am rewarded with a generous raise at my annual review. If I survive the layoffs, I'm guessing it's safe to assume my raise will be more like the $.25 you get at any other bs corporate retailer!

I turned in my job dialogue a month and a half ago and I haven't heard anything. Not sure if I should even ask! I am over due for a raise...
My one year was yesterday.
Raise? You're kidding right? Next is pay CUTS not raises. Wake up! This is just the beginning.
My guess is that they haven't announced that they will freeze raises. The "public" communications say this process is going on for 2 months. They ain't finished yet.
