Anyone aware what will be the future of BHI Finance and support functions future after merger?

I believe FP&A and Customer Services group might survive dut to high skills and operational knowledge. Rest of functions will (impacted heavily

Yeah, the same people who have MBA's in kissing up and backstabbing at the same time -- they are excellent at multitasking.
They will keep the good looking ones
Normally they keep the buyer's support staff. Why go with people you know nothing about. Unless they want to get rid of some "deadwood". But most likely the HAL support will stay and the Baker will go. Been through this before
There will be no duplication of function
No one who knows is sharing anything.
No future of support functions after merger.
I heard HAL supply chain and BHI Finance are strong. Don't know how Halliburton will adjust these functions
