166704: Don't knock Ecuador, dude. A friend of mine retired there, after learning enough Spanish to get by. There are a lot of pluses--chief among them: All the women think he's rich because he's American, and offer to take him to dinner, etc. Downside: Doctors don't accept Medicare/Medical, so his surgery had to be scheduled in the states. But other doctor visits are cheaper than his copays here.
Shit is legit
Any attorney who told you he'd file a class action on your behalf probably (a) doesn't really know what he's doing, and/or (b) will sell all of you out for the low-ball "nuisance" settlement and legal fees + costs. So if you are willing to put in the time for a piddly amount like $5,000, go for it. The recent settlement in the Bay Area (San Jose Dist. Ct.) should give you some idea of what these plaintiffs usually get.
840 people share $11M, what an incredible nest egg; Equador here I come!!!

Class action suit my ass. What the Frick for? I think somebody who left without a severance is just being pissy.

I don't work for anyone. I don't understand why you would post a class action suit when you give no explanation or basis. Are you saying there is one of you want to make one? You better have some big money and lots of lawyers cause it will be an expensive losing battle. That is why I fired back cause you sound like pathetic making claims off emotion and not real facts
Why so upset 165636? who do you work for? how much do they pay you to discredit others?
