I don't care - I structured my life that I'm not dependent on any company keeping me for 10, 20, 30 or god forbid 40 fing years. This is 2015 and the economics of jobs have changed. Gone are the days of working for one fing company. You should EXPECT layoffs, EXPECT long periods of unemployment and EXPECT that company don't give a shit about employees. Once you accept those things, you'll finally get that sand out of your vagina and start making money in this world. Until then, you'll just keep bitching about how awful everything is and how you're always broke and how the man constantly fs you over and all that pathetic, worthless bullshit. Youre proving my point. Youve made "so much money" from a company who cant pay their people. They give out bonuses on the front-end, they fire you on the back-end. Great business principles.
@817 - you act like this is unique to CHK. F***ing get your head out of your ass....every company does this. It's a much better position to be in to ride the wave with a company like CHK than to sit on the sidelines and criticize. I've made so much money from CHK it isn't even funny. I made so much that I'm about to be comfortably unemployed. Your tears at never getting hired at CHK make me want to return so I can make even more money.
I've said this for years and it's one reason I will never work for them. They spend spend spend when times are good then have to do a mass layoff in order to stay afloat when shit tanks, which it always does and will.
