So Whole Foods invests all this money into training CCPs- travel to Wisconsin and to Rhode Island, test fees, etc....only to lay off any of these CCPs when they laid off cheese buyers and supervisors. This is the epitome of stupidity. Wonder how many of our competitors are going to be happy to snatch up these talented team members that WFM threw out like garbage

Good for them, open up a cheese shop. There is a ton of them opening up here in LA. It smells bad inside, but the trade is cool

Which region are you in? We had several CCPs in FL. I don't think any have been culled yet. And FL has been supporting Cicerone Beer Server and wine studies. Are all the FL buyers gonna lose their status?

CCPs are a ton of overhead that yields negative profits.
