Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

THANK YOU from a long-time (now former) customer

Don't think for a minute you outstanding employees - especially long-term - who built the company won't be missed by your customers! The extra care you put into your work was what made WF so special, it was a community we as customers felt a part of. You will be sorely missed. It is seriously their loss.

Don't lose your hope in your next endeavors, just because you got burned by WF. Standouts will always be standouts wherever they go. The world needs you! Stay good.

Boycott whole foods. Don't buy the lies.

The consumer is the pulse of any viable company. While I understand less sales will directly affect remaining tms, the consumer should never be guilted into shopping at a company who actions and business practices they find to be deceptive, unethical and morally vapid.

If wfm wants to win those customers back, they have to fight for it. I applaud those who have made the personal decision to stop shopping at wfm because they arent willing to compromise their values like wfm did.

I totally get the supporting tms that were let go. We lost our amazing beer buyer. The problem is, people boycotting whole foods. There are still those of us who have and need our job at whole foods. Losing MORE customers is only going to cost more people their jobs.
