If employees had the nerve to ask real questions of Watson in a townhall meeting, it would be like watching a game of dodge ball. It's around the time the Q&A segment of his meeting starts when I get up and go to the bathroom.

True that these emails go to a collection inbox. I would love to takeover the grunts job for a few weeks to read all the questions that come in. Although Watson will only field a few of the filtered emails, I'm pretty sure he gets a full report of all the questions sorted by subject category. So, send in your questions. He'll get the gist of what's on the employee's minds.

My first question was just sent to him... Mr. Watson, aside from the collapse of oil prices (for which you have no control), how much fault do you place on your shoulders for Chevron's shortcomings and failures, which has translated to so many good employees being kicked to the curbside? Examples are; Bigfoot, Gorgon, Whearstone, Angola LNG, AMBU, Kittimat.
