I'd like to be a part of any class action lawsuit that may be filed or is already in progress against WFM for the myriad wrongful terminations it is guilty of performing. I still have a huge volume of emails and even recordings that would send everyone running SW Region scurrying for the hills. I'll share it with any reputable news outlet that might want to blow these jerks out of the water, as well.

Hey John and Robb, where there is smoke there's fire. I've seen it. And I've saved plenty of emails. Ill be dumping them on a Flash:) drive today.You can't scrub all the records. Clean house (in your own backyard) and give us justice before those records are used in court. We just want them held accountable so we can get back to work! That's all anyone here really wants.

Those recordings may be invalidated, depending on state, and not admissible if the person(s) you recorded weren't made aware they were being recorded.
I was wrongfully terminated 5 yrs ago (per Tx work force commission) I wonder if I'm eligible for the class action.
