We all know that CSW has one of the lowest turnover rates in management (in American corporate history). Many managers and directors will probably "croak" before they ever leave to a new department or role. This makes the notion of "upward movement", "fresh blood/ideas" and "innovation" practically impossible. So, tell me, CSWers: how long has your stick-to-the-status-quo manager or director been in his/her job?

as long as they can keep making the chump above them happy, regardless of the efficacy. Just keep complaining about stuff in the senior management meetings, it leads to changing stuff that you told your people to do, which in turn results in prolonging the tenure. Nobody on this board has any answers that will turn this company into a global powerhouse, but we could probably all sit in meetings all day, wear fancier clothes, never have time for anyone and lower our voices an octave to emphasize importance. It is just a big game, that happens to support my lifestyle. We have a president now, 2 terms in fact, that campaigned on the platform of change.
Too long. Please HR. Get a clue
What about all those wet noodles in Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain....)
