Anyone looking at what might be a finalized structure for the team? Any supervisors or buyers left on the merged team? And if so how many of each?
I remember a ways back there being positions that had changes to what they're official title was. Anyone with access to that list of titles willing to share?
bakery specialist? HA that hasn't existed for a long time in my region and let me tell you, its been a complete shit show (doesn't help that my bak tl and atl are morons)

In my region PN, we have a Grocery/Whole Body team and a different store where they share their ATL , Specialty/Bakery, multiple stores with Meat/Seafood, and a Prep Foods/Bakery. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Grocery/Whole Body were combined across the board. From a business side it makes sense. I don't want to see those TLs, ATLs, TMs lose their jobs but I can certainly understand why it would happen.
Well those are really small stores so that would make sense. Has anyone seen it happen to a large store?
SP-Stores w/less than $600k in sales, Meat/Seafood will merge. Many are already in this format but a few more stores will need to merge. I am not hearing anything yet on when PFDS & BAKE might merge but we used to have Food Service Teams so this structure wouldn't be totally new. SP TM
It depends on the region. In my region merged teams have already happened to the 350/week and under stores. PFDS gets to have a buyer for now, you just have to reapply for it. I believe they get one supervisor as well as an ATL. But that's it. Bakery just gets an ATL.
From my understanding specialty is to merge with bakery and grocery takes whole body and front end.
I don't know anything about titles, but I did get inside scoop from a very reliable sourse. Coming to a store near you, The WFM Hunger Games Reality TV Series. TLs vs TLs and ATLs vs ATLs for very limited positions. Maybe the best ass kisser win! (and of course, if your at a lower hourly wage, that helps too)
