I don't think HR has the creativity to come up with a character like "bitter landlord." Besides, it might be construed by QC Legal as making fun of ESLs.

judging by the lack of views bitterlandlord's posts get, i'd say MANY people are "annoyed" in the sense that spam email is annoying and filtered out. copy pasting angry rants is ineffective communication. It reminds me of a guy at work, when not getting his way, wouldn't change course but just repeat the same things LOUDER and LOUDER, and increasingly hostile. Like a parrot with a feedback loop.
