we all got so caught up in the fact that we can wear jeans and don't get drug tested that we didn't look at the abuse. i have a new STL who is cool, but before him we had a terrible woman. she actually made our old marketing team lead count overnight inventory while she was 7 1/2 months pregnant. on the floor and on ladders and told her to "suck it up." After she had the baby she quit. They also wouldn't let a 75 year old demo guy with cancer use a stool during his demos. just cruel and more compassion for the animals than people.

No, that's not ok. Man or woman humanity is humanity. People should be treated with kindness.
Not cool, SO TM. If you're talking about your own experience, fine. But don't use this board to bring up other people's experiences. That STL was not a terrible person, but people gave her a hard time because she is a woman. She was following the law, which every STL has to do. However, because she is a woman she's labeled as monster. For your information, Meat TL, that particular MKTL did a lot for that store, including keeping the bunny rabbit enthusiasts off your back while you deal with your poor little margin issues because you can't count worth a damn. Tell your own story and stop sticking your nose in things that do not involve you.
