Read the fine print w/r/t ESPP. The pre-2004 stock plan is not the same as the one we have. I'm sure Q-Legal fixed that loophole.... But if you want to spend your money on attorneys, I'll take the extra cash! In the meantime, there's a great class action that you all probably qualify for--provided you get your claims in by 12/14/2015.
