There are about 3 managers for every 20 employees so managers will go quickly. The rest of all departments i.e. Academics, Finance, Enrollment and all support services will be reduced by 50%. Take a look at how many people in your office and reduce it by half..that's how much you can expect your department will shrink. Apollo is struggling with FTC investigators and legal therefore to avoid more trouble from upset staff there will be severance packages but consider speaking with FTC first before you sign the package. We must relentlessly do this so that we, the few, can live. Try to leave your conscience at the door if you have not already done so. Long before the "Oracle" made his/her prognostications, I made mine--this phony school will be entirely online by the end of 2017, and all physical campuses will close by that time too, and many before. This bird is plucked and f***ed. Good riddance. The Feds should indict many slimy executives for their deception and fraud.
I'm an enrollment director that just found another opportunity. The truth should be public. I have friends and family at Univ. of Phoenix. Send your emails to FTC and call them to explain the truth.

Come mid October you will receive an option to leave the company on your own (with potential severance impact). Those who do not choose this option will be left to await their fate for the next two weeks. 50% of the staff will be reduced come early November and the remaining skeleton crew will be left to deal with everything! Start looking now because this place is 100% going down. The leadership within the organization has caused this and they will remain. While they are enjoying their lofty paychecks you will be job hunting during the holidays. Their is no future and UOP is only going to continue to get worse. You have a 2 week head start so start preparing for the worst because the end is near.
