400+ stores giving out gift cards. It's hard watching someone drive away in a BMW with free groceries, when the single mom in the bakery is just getting by.

Yes, we gave one away in MI a couple of days ago. Bet we have only laid off one person.

Our STL ended it! I think he's disgusted I'd like to think he has some class. Also, any STL that isn't worried about their own job should be the boot can kick them too. It's further to fall for them & some of those STL couldn't get a job managing Quick Mart Wal-Mart (although seems like they are in training for that style of management now)….good luck making the kind of money you make now. HA haa! Serves some of those bad ones right they get to sweat with the rest of us it's to bad for the good STL's and there are some. The suck ones know who they are and I'll just leave it at that…..no need to name names here……as I am sure the hole is keeping an eye on this site.
Yes Dakota, its psychological warfare. the layoff being right in the middle of "love fest" and all this giving away of money. its deliberate make no mistake about it. its a common technique to traumatize and dissociate a person.
