Since management didn't really know what the cut employees did on a day to day basis, I have to wonder if they will be calling some people and asking them to return?

Yea, well everything outside the core of each asset is for sale. Those left are basically there to see away their own jobs.
I disagree. Once the dust settles, they will see where they lack in the workforce and hire back. The work is still there, unless they sell the Utica or other assets then the story changes.
That was that time. Totally different scenario this time.
Actually... The first round of layoffs in Ohio, they let everyone but 10 go and some of those 10 left willingly to other local companies and they had to call people back. A few months later, they did hire a few more people a lower wages that had zero experience which is beyond me!!! I think they knew they messed up since there was so much work to be done.... Idiot move because they let great employees go to their competitors.
