Redneck alert. Few laid off racists are stirring up the pot. Ignore them. We are in the process to find more in houston
Ahmed...I heard arabs like white asses. Did they jerk your ass hole before. You are so mad at them guy. loool
That's why BH is in such a mess, lazy Arabs, gypos and Indians. Cannot be trusted to do a days work. Sack them all.
lazy Arabs, never good for hard work, just good enough for spending our money
It was just a mistype you dumb ass.
Dam curry eaters.
Another Egyptian asshole !
Well done Samir for flagging up and having the courage to write this email. Everybody knows what is going on in the Dubai offices regarding the middle management layers working a part time shift but drawing a full salary bonus laden salary. Hope Khalid Nouh has seen this email?
Need to check Abu Dhabi and Al Khobar office also.
So we have lower level HR personnel, Hazel, Nadia and Latha, checking up on the time keeping of middle to high management and assorted VPs at Dubai office. Figure that one out.
It must be a mistype issue. They used to start at 7:30 am. However, they are depending on their relationship to Khalid Noah. Therefore they feel that they are safe from being laidoff and come late.
Absolutely scandalous. We in the States work our butts off to save our jobs, and you damn people in Dubai cannot even be bothered to turn up for a days work. Pathetic carpet pilots.
Same shit with the carpet pilots in Rankin Rd and Woodlands, always late and first to leave, that's if they turn up for work in first place.
Is this true?
Typical of lazy cheating Indians.
The working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:00 PM? So they only get 2-1/2 hours off a day? That must be illegal! Nobody should have to work 21-1/2 hours a day.
All Dubai based Managers
This is a friendly reminder that Dubai facilities working hours are from 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm, with few groups working from 8:00 to 4:30/5:00 pm.
I took an office tour this morning at 8:20 am and most floors were empty .. a sort of a ghost city!
I understand that we have shared service centers/AMO/Plant in Dubai and those are working different hours, but what I am referring to are the regular working hours employees and managers, not the ones with assigned shifts. I assume after all the RIFs that took place, our employees are now way more busy with the re-assigned workload, to show up on time.
I look for your support to ensure that we all stick to our working hours and that all our employees are fully committed to that.
To support this effort, the Dubai based HR team (Hazel, Nadia and Latha) will be conducting random checks around the facility and via the swiping cards system, and will report any repetitive attendance violations to the Manager in charge and will take the necessary disciplinary actions as per our policies.
Please communicate the above expectations to your teams
Regards
