If I get laid off tomorrow, will I still get vcip for the portion of the year that I worked (10 mths)?

and the answer is (since this is May 2016): YES (pro-rated) and you should have received it about March first week I believe (when I received mine).

Yes, you will get 10/12ths paid when it is usually paid out. You will get a check rather than direct deposit

Yes, you will get the prorated amount of vcip. You can find this in the policy that explains end of employment.

do you think there will be any vcip award after kind of year COP has had in 2015? thats why Ryan and ELT are trying to maximize layoffs to pump stock price up that way they can get more vcip by increasing total shareholders return....
