No. It's not over. Layoffs will continue until 2015 and into 2016. October through March is the slowest time in this industry and with the low oil price there won't be much orders and less work. Layoffs will continue. People who keep refuting this are idiots. They keep saying no more layoffs. That is all the layoffs after a massive wave of layoffs comes through only to encounter another massive wave. Lol
Is it over or are they continuing today, as to all locations ??
