Team Leaders headed to Austin for training

So, now that WFM is trying to save money, they are sending Houston team leaders to Austin for Kronos schedule training. They are staying overnight and renting vans. Sounds like a great plan instead of paying a couple people from Austin to come down and do trainings in Houston instead. Yeah, they are really working hard to save money.

Are you talking about Rapport April? If so, and you come back, please shed some light on how many thousands of dollars they bill the company for these retreats. I understand it as 5 thousand each for one weekend, and it requires repeated visits to move up, right Nona, Flash, Steph? RIGHT?

I did back up accounting. You would not believe the wastefulness of the upper management...Forget the silly wasteful store openings....lets go for a week to a resort to talk about our feelings!!!! hahahahaha

Big, big $$$$ wasted...you want to talk about your feelings look in the mirror and get busy!

They are so stupid. Regional needs to be laid off for their poor decision making.

I bet they'll all go out for drinks and a steak dinner too.

The SW region is the worst at spending. That's why they had to lay off more people than any other region.
