At the town hall they said she is going part time in January after she reaches 35 years with the company. They want to retain her as a trainer and advisor.

She's such a good person. The thought of this woman who truly cares leaving is sad.

True.* that whole quality standards team is a huge joke. They sit on their high chairs and get to complain about all our products. It seems like everything needs to go through them. They're not very nice either.

those standards were a ploy to buy us time from competition..we figured by lobbying congress to legislate a rule we could keep the other guys from getting in on our niche market...we had all the infrastructure and training in place already and figured the competition would be scared of the handling and fines associated with the organic standards..but 12 or so years later lo and behold,o.g. produce on the shelf everywhere and prepacked o.g. stuff too...anybody wonder who was putting up the big stink with the "anti-trust suit when we bought out wild oats?????

Damn what a shame if this is true. She is one of the original team members and paved the way with US government on organically and other standards. Wow
