This guy is a douche canoe. I'm a tm at one of the stores he shops at (lucky us). He is a huge undercover asshole. He OFTEN goes out of his way to complain to the STL about young part-time tm's who don't know him from adam, because they don't treat him "special" enough. I have PERSONALLY seen his complaints get TWO people fired. When he comes into the store, which is often, people tremble and he just eats it right up. He does NOT care about the "little person"

That's the whole point of WFM. It's a place for the richest people to come and pay extra to be treated like they're so special. When they built a store that caters to the top 1%, why are they surprise when only 1% of people shop at their stores?

these guys kill me with expecting a part time 20 team member to recognize them...the way they bum rush the training for these team members and throw them out on the sales floor with little to none product knowledge.And another thing,the part time labor pool is much worse than the full time labor pool-the good workers will stay away from jobs only hiring part time...and if a company is not even giving you the dignity of full time employment with some level of benefits,why should the pt. employee even be invested in the job or knowledge of the corporate schmucks..
Yes! I have encountered Walter Robb and each time he came off as a jerk with team members and wants to be treated like a king. He only looks happy when he is socializing like at Christina Minardi's wedding extravaganza...

In the SW, all our maintenance men are getting laid off. Back in the day, Mr B at Bellaire, used to have John Mackey over to his house. He's now laid off after 25+ years.
It's a shame how people can change.
