Well let's see..... Most people probably didnt know that they have windows to sell their stocks. Considering the stock is up after their sale I wouldn't call it inside trading. But I'm just saying....

You just don't understand the "culture" hahaha.... BTW one of my colleagues once pointed to a visiting RP a series of astonishing screw ups and costly, time consuming errors by various regional TMs that had been going on for years. The question was "Where is the accountability?" He actually said that everything is all about "self-accountability." (In other words: push blame down, don't rock the boat but mainly, don't ask ME for s***.) These people shouldn't be supervising a mini-mart let alone dozens or hundreds of stores and the operations of a major retailer.
It was probably just their bonuses. Nothing to worry about.
