Mabee blew the secrecy of the Albama project because he and his land idiots kept handing out their COP business cards and using their corporate OneCard! But since he is Matt Fox's buddy, he is allowed to blame others for his total incompetence and lack of leadership skills! It is always someone else's fault...!

somebody needs to tell the fox that maybe is much worse than incompetent. Maybe is destructive. He lies. He hides from his employees. He blames his employees. He destroys careers. The bodies are piling up - when will someone notice? What will maybe do now that he can't hire someone every time he has a question and fire someone every time he needs a scapegoat?
Buzan and his band of merry imbeciles would have to learn to actually operate wells...instead of focusing on safety audits as their sole performance metric!
The only way to make Permian a cash cow would be to replace Baybee and the entire RE and Projects leadership and most of the staffs with people who actually understand unconventional and have some actual experience. Then the D&C, planning, HSE, regulatory and land staffs can be changed out as well.
Trust me, Permian Unconventional will be the cash cow soon. I just got moved here so give me time.
