Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Is this the most active Layoff.com company page?

Looked around a bit, and most companies have few/zero posts

COP and CVX have too many associates with idle time to troll this site, therefore, layoffs...

Lean organizations have employees actively participating in production of Oil and Gas without the time to spread rumors and speculation.

COP is overstaff and have no idea to operate with less people since they like to have process all over the god damn place.

But I do agree with the original post. ConocoPhillips is a very active site on the layoff site.

Look a bit better... Target, Chesapeake Energy, Chevron, Allscripts, Walmart, Verizon, Chase, Whole Foods, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Target, Mattel, University of Phoenix, Corinthian Colleges, Bank Of America, Hewlett Packard, Follett, Shell Oil, Staples, Intel, L3, WD, AT&T, Marathon, Occidental Petroleum, QC, I am sure I missed some but you get the point... The economy might be doing good overall, but anyone who is doing business that has something to do with Oil and Gas is hurting. Retail is hurting. Electronics too...
