They are merging ops and maint together! One supervisor, and the rest is a mix of COP and contractors. adding blanket work orders to cover daily costs for contractors and putting it back to a free for all when shit hits the fan.

Here already starting to restructure. Wow they moved two ladies and they are training them so they can have a job when it all comes down. They suck very well. It's who you know.
