Please....My safety has been in question in my store on many occasions. From STL down...all have problems. Won's send TM home cause they have the same issues of being high or drunk at work. HELP!!

Well in our state Cannabis is still illegal...send their law breaking butts home...they are lazy, rude, and can't do their work. They bitch and complain all the time how they don't have any money or decent place to live...sorry quite smoking your paycheck. Take a trip to a beautiful place and get high on that. The drunk ones are gonna cut their hand off while they cut your steak...If they break the law with illegal substances...they will steal from work...I've seen it. And the drunk ones...well I'm just plainly embarrassed to see them speaking with guests, cause...it's my boss. Yes. I feel sorry for him...get him dried up please.
I agree. Even if you want to give a pass to cannabis they should check for meth, opiates etc. And start with global and regional people who act like they are on something (super defensive, rude, paranoid, arrogant, spaced out, etc.)
