Eagle Ford has a great reservoir and land bought on the cheap. CoP will make $$$ despite all the chest thumping legacy B.S. EF better look over their shoulder. Despite a rough start, Permian Shale has some legs under it.
We can only hope that they eliminate the entire group! Stop "trying" to act like a low performing capital projects group and embrace the Eagle Ford model. If Eagle Ford was run like Permian Unconventional is now being mismanaged (I.e., overspent, underdeveloped and totally misunderstood), it would have been sold!
