This post is to put Daddy's Post back at the top. He's tried to burry it with multiple postings. All you COP friends who have taken his shit. Keep writing. Here's what happened last night. The following post occurred, then "Daddy" popped up. We must have struck a cord in his fat ass.

"Yet, still the truth. To those let go and about to let go...see ya. Obviously COP and you were no longer a fit. Everybody is replaceable and it is your turn to accept some responsibility for what has or will happen to you. Whether you're gone because you're black, white or some other minority, you're probably right. If you think you didn't kiss enough ass, you're probably right. If you think you're gone because of your age, a high salary grade with no people below you, or simply because you didn't fit in, you'll be right about that too. Too young and not here long enough to prove yourself? Yep, right about that too. The plain fact is you didn't do, keep doing, or possibly never did, what others have that remain with the company. Stop whining and take some personal responsibility for why you're gone. Did they completely eliminate your job or function? Doubtful. So someone is staying behind doing what you used to do and behaving, working, or being paid differently than you to not get laid off. Under the veneer of Spirit values are cold hard facts that COP is a company like every other company. They pay people to do something. There is no company loyalty. There is no employee loyalty. Employees are commodities. There is no "family". That's just smoke and mirrors for people to feel better about working with a bunch of other people. The company owes you nothing. Zero. 1 year or 41 years, the company paid you and owes you nothing beyond that. The temptation is to blame management because you're insulted by your firing - no point mincing words here. Still they fired you, so something about you and/or work differentiated you from someone that didn't get fired. Suck it up buddy. Quit posting you got the raw end of the deal. You got what you deserved. Nothing more, nothing less. Sympathy? None here.

Daddy's Post came shortly after the following Post where he was called Daddy:

"Sounds like your ideology has originated from Mini Me Tom and his 6 foot plus daddy from Texas Tech (Head of Trading) . That is one thing I learned and continue to learn from these clowns, along with their wicked step sister (head of Power).....The ART OF HOW TO FOOL CHRIS, WE CAN MAKE MONEY while traveling on the company dime, firing talent and sing happy birthday/eat cake every month. I have news for the three of them. Get ready, its tough out there in the real world where you actually have to do something or make something. Who has ever seen a trade floor post a traders VAR at 50k and loose 2 million in a day. Someone has to look into this. Another example, ask the Power Team to move one simple mega watt from South West Power Pool to Florida. I bet that Hourly Manager over there would piss his pants. Inquire as to his experience in physical power. NONE. Most those clowns over on that bone simply know how to hit and lift on ICE, that's it. We need the right people. The true colors will shine soon team. Some day soon, we will get leadership that will take us to the next level. Management has to see at some point its not all the pawns they fire, its THEM."

I think "Ex Trader" may be screaming for an HR review. Does anyone know the 1 800 report hot line?
