Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

MW regional leaders

I really respect our MW regional leadership. I have never felt more supported by anyone more than I have by David Schwartz. Michael Bashaw and Tom Marciniak. The problem comes with the pool of ASTLs and department leadership especially in prep foods and bakery. I have met more loser ASTLs than good ones. And my department leadership in the bakery in two stores and in pfds in two stores has been awful. How or why they keep putting these people in these positions is beyond me. My currents tl makes terrible choices. Is defensive and angry and totally unprepared to be a leader. our sales have plummeted and we can't keep good team members.

The experience in South was horrible. Constant errors, negative attitudes, gaslighting (where they accuse others of doing what they are doing), passing blame down, backdating to make it look like you didn't order what you ordered, making statements like "No other store is having this problem" and you find out that every store is having the exact same problem with the same people, and just overall bad planning and communication. It was like working for a bunch of spoiled brats.

Before our store opened. Man KBS people were such assholes. The majority of the staff except for a few.

There are good Astls. There are just a million bad ones. Kbs has had a bunch of losers. I mean why make eye contact, and speak to tms?
