When I worked at Baker a couple years ago, In my group, they had multiple H1B visa workers. It became apparent that these were educated and hard working employees that the company liked to underpay and overwork. The best part about it was that they never complained....What management didn't like was those American born employees who didn't roll over and actually had self respect.
The immigrants are very special and will receive extra privilege . The poor thinks need help. And its your job to step aside so they can be successful .
