I had faith in this company, but it let me down. Creativity and free thinking are not allowed nor are they encouraged. They want a zombie army of template and spreadsheet followers who are surrounded by a shell of fake ethics.

Drones should follow Malicious Obediance guidelines ! The Master Speaks ! I selected EOI, they said I had to stay. Really sucks being close to the well head , you know we're all the money is made. I did hear a turd pot of Engineers went bye bye! Did I use correct grammar and is my spelling ok? They just keep paying us High School Grads ! 😊
Brilliant idea-- let's turn the company over to employees who don't know the difference between "rains" and "reins". I would laugh but it's actually rather sad and certainly concerning for my RSUs.
Maybe that 37 year employee has a cancer stricken daughter and needs his job for one more year to make his family life a little better. No matter what age or years of service you never know what demons any person is facing. Performance based layoffs only. Age discrimination is illegal.
They are already doing that.
True so true why not lay off or demote the people who only have a year or so and can retire now and let the new generation take over the rains, it's a power thing but life goes on.
COP is so behind the times. There is no empowered or diverse workforce. People with ideas or opinions working towards teamwork or continuous improvement are not only discouraged for their contributions, they are punished. I actually had to tell my supervisor that I would stop making him uncomfortable with my ideas to get him to relax act quit acting "shell shocked" when he was around me. Needless to say, I was laid off after 35 years of strong performance ratings.
I once had an opinion but I feel much better after being sent to thought reassignment.
Only 3 or 4 people are allowed to have an opinion. Everyone else (17,000+) just waits to be told what to do and wastes countless hours preparing for all possible and improbable outcomes.
That was clear 4 years ago and now the zombie hoard has taken over. God help us.........
