175403: When you consider that some of us were expected to work 80 hrs./wk, including weekends, on the 810 fiasco, I estimate I will make more going forward managing a McDonald's--and also get at least 2 days per week to spend with my family!

It looks like this QC gravy train is coming to an end. 20% headcount reduction means 25% increase in effort to meet the same project milestones. And, a 25% pay cut at the same time. Is that essentially a 50% cut in compensation?

So worked my arse off for the past 6 months no raise, 12 more months at the same pay. 80% redux in bonus and RSUs. 25% drop in stock value. Add in 10% per year rent increases. Sure glad I'm not a manager trying to sell this load...

To 131: sorry you're in that boat. Most of first wave layoffs seem to be folks that pissed off a newly empowered exec (Tony or KK), in the wrong remote site, or targeted by their director. I don't think that anyone who volunteered for the package got one. Probably got a PIP started for this review period though

It's not about complaining, I would like to invest my time and efforts in a workplace that improves people's lives not one that degrades them. The day that I feel "lucky to have a job" is the day I pack up and move on. My skills and knowledge give me that luxury, same as most of you...status collectors and dashboard presenters don't grow on trees.
