After calling nor cal regional numerous times my old pbs got ahold of me to inform me that someone at the regional level fed up and did not submit proper pay roll information on time. Therefore those who opted for the severance last week and were told they would receive pto and last check YESTERDAY must wait till next Thursday/ Friday. I'm so exhausted trying to separate myself from this fing black whole that is whole foods. I doubt they will be contacting anyone who is waiting for their check so hopefully this message reaches those confused as to why their direct deposit didn't go through.

All of what they are doing is illegal. Call the labor board, the union, whoever you need to. This place is on a slippery sh*t slope and we can take them down with us.

I didn't receive any final paperwork. No cobra, nothing. All I got was a photocopy of my separation paper I signed. Can we get a class action up in here? I feel like a lot of people are getting dicked
The process has changed since submitting my final decision to leave as of 10/5/2015. I signed the papers, given numbers to call for job verification, cobra, healthcare.gov and W2 future needs.
I was never once given instruction as to how I would receive my final pay. I have emailed 3 times with no response. Geez...I realize that BOD and SH decided for our job eliminations and separations but they CHOSE to give us note to pays and severance packages. SMH
