Come on does this baldheaded porky the pig really deserve 24m+ salary? Highest paid CEO there is and his company is borrowing money to pay dividends. I mean if he was doing his job they would still be in good shape now. You have to save for hard times. He is destroying COP!!!!!

It is true that the company should save some money when the bbl are high price so they don't have to borrow or layoff people. Most people agree Oil prices move in cycles, so lessons leaned?
