i cant wait for that to be rolled out..remember you either get to sacrifice on extremity to save your ears or you can lose ears to save your tm discount....and the uppercrust will remind you and the public that " the team members voted on this"...great huh..

What makes you think there WILL be a vote?
the first time they had the benefits vote back in like 2003 they gave out a preliminary vote ballot to shape the real vote..but they messed it up with the gainsharing..they had only options available that would eliminate gainsharing..people back then pitched a fit and they changed the vote ballots..see where we are now with bad budgets and teams on low staffing for "business needs"...they have wanted to get rid of this program for a long time now..say goodbye to your only actual cash benefit left..maybe they will put 50$ more into your 401k speculative future money...lol
My favorite part is how they always picks the worst of the given options. The ones I picked were always eliminated first.
The votes are always a joke anyway. The choices they offer are so pathetic.
