They SHOULD get rid of that insincere and incompetent Steph Steele. None of her buddies got axed and now I have to sit her busting my ass while she laughs and jokes with her friends and that asks if there's anything she can do? Yeah, there is. LEAVE already!!! At the very least, she could stop with all of her favoritism. It's all gone on long enough. It was better while you were gone.

Steph is nothing if not political, she is inept and gets by only because of favoritism. She seriously has no clue how the business is actually run. I've seen her drinking in the stl office at Lamar with a certain favorite (same orientation as her and nona) tl, someone else already pointed this out, but dozens of us saw it! I bet she cried her doughey fat eyes out the day she was told she had to leave. She should've been fired, hopefully soon.

She's completely UNETHICAL, now just as much as when she was at Lamar. I think the real question is why didn't Nona fire her rather than stepping her down?
Has she helped out in any of the departments? Because you know she has a lot of experience under her belt. How many sandwiches has she made? How many trucks has she worked out. How many trucks has she received? Given that this is such a small store I would imagine she has plenty of time to help out. It's not like she's running Lamar anymore.
