Finsl Paperwork Packets?

Again, has anyone received their "packet" yet??

Was told rest of severence is contingent upon signing and returning it...and its 7 days from that point to get $

Its been 2 weeks since I left. No packet.

No calls. No paperwork. And its Sunday. So if it was going to happen in the 16th like I was orginally told, the 7 day deadline passed already.

Wtf..

I'm Midwest region. Will we receive the packet via mail or is if for sure going to be ups? I have not received the packet for the service hour severance pay. But, I did receive the 2 month severance "notice pay" recently.

Was it mailed to you directly or to your store?

Hang in there brotha...I just got my packet this past Thursday via UPS...I'm assuming they sent them out to coincide with the October 9th seperation date they set...I got the notice pay already via direct deposit along with my pto payout...I'm dropping the packet off at UPS first thing Monday morning...I was going to drop it off Friday but I figure it would be wiser to do it Monday so it would be delivered on a weekday rather than the weekend where god only knows it will be dropped off etc...I'm sure you'll get it tomorrow/Monday. They could get in big trouble if they are screwing with you like that because until you sign the release in the packet, you still have the ability to sue them, the notice pay agreement was only to agree to not work for WF for 6months, the actual release of claims will be in the packet...so trust me they want you to get that so they can have one less chance of a lawsuit on their hands!! I know it's stressful, my gf has been telling me to calm down and everything will work out...but it's hard when your wait I f for that much money and trust has been strained because of the layoffs, but believe brotha it will all work out...kick back, relax, have a beer and watch some football;)

Thanks for sharing your experience. I will begin my phone call barrage on monday morning. I am ok for -now- with first cash drop, but I want to be done with this.

And yes, you are correct, if you sign these papers, you basically cannot insult or degrade the company in any fashion or they can deny or sue to retrieve your severence. That is a part of the agreement. I wish more people had a clue before ranting on here.

Regardless of how you feel about the situation, you have to rise above the bs. I am moving on with my life and this is the final step. Its like handing your ex thst last box of crap they left at your place.

Anyways. I know other regions are having far more iasues with this than my former one is...I wish you the best. Much love wfm friends!

In NorCal. No packet in the mail, no direct deposit, no calls back from Leadership. We had a deadline to make our decisions and they were supposed to have deadlines as well. What's going on? Please respond

Rob T and Julianne? Anything at all.

My former pbs called me to come into the store to sign the agreement, I signed this past Friday, that was emailed to her from regional. She printed it, I signed, got my copies and watched her scan the signature pages back to regional before I left. Of suggest keep calling your old store and regional till you get an answer. I'm in the south region by the way.

Don't go to the new or you will have a lawsuit after your ass. It clearly said on the severance packet that if you say anything, WFM can take action on you. I'm in the same boat, just call regional office and see what's the status. I had to go back to the store and sign more papers so now my check date is the 16th.

They are making everyone resign due to health insurance to be active for the month of October. Wish you luck

You need to call store, regional and then the news if no results. Local news stations love this kind of story. Big coporation refusing to pay laid off workers, tonight at 10.
