That's 30 billion rupees!
I just got back from our accounting department and they ensured me that there is in fact no difference between 30 billion and 3 billion. Carry on.
Hal will actually have to pay 3 billion if the deal falls through.
HAL will have to pay BHI $30 billion if the deal doesn't go through. Guarantee HAL will do everything possible to make this deal happen.
