What we really need is more $40 olive oil, that will reel the customers back in. What a freaking joke, whoever came up with that program should be immediately fired.

What a joke.

LOL We already sell crappy grape and apple drinks... It's about 12% juice and almost 88% sugar water. They're made by Coca Cola -- "Honest Kids" drinks. But the label screams that it is "lower in sugar than juice." Of course it is. It's also about 88% juice-free.
That's funny to say people should be working at Kroger because Kroger introduced over the past two years their most successful product rollout ever. It's the Simple Truth line of organic and natural products at an everyday low price. Publix is marching forward with its Greenwise line of organic and natural meats, dairy and milk alternatives, prepack nuts and snacks, and produce. Then there's Fresh Thyme and HEB Central Market and Wegman's and Sprouts and Costco... the list goes on and on. So yes, maybe we should consider working for companies where they are focused on the 99% who want a quality product at a good price instead of bringing in $30 vinegar and $12.00 crackers, calling them Foodie Finds and letting them gather dust for a year before being discontinued. By the way, it would be interesting to see an investigation about whether any extra favors are being done for those who are making these absurd purchasing decisions that seem to make no rational business sense. I hear the IRS has a reward program if it results in hidden income in those cases. Not saying that it's happening of course, just that an investigation would be.... interesting.
What you need is to stop inventing labor and money-sucking, cheap, gimmicky programs that rely on nothimg short of psychological manipulation and dancing the borderline of upsold lies thst never would have a chance to survive if a regional or global f*** buddy didnt come up with it.
If we dont need foodie finds what should we have? Cigarettes and grape drink? Would that increase sales? The people on this message board sound like they should be working at Kroger
We should open a Foodie Finds store in Dubai, they would love it.
He really is an ass and a clown. He's gifted.
Tim Martin is an ass clown.
Tim Martin loves Foodie Finds.
It's hilarious that we came out with a value themed campaign, reduced prices, we were all about value. That failed miserably, so we decided that "that's not what we are about" and started this ridiculous Foodie Finds program. Now we are introducing the 365 stores that compete directly with our traditional stores, and we are once again reducing our prices. We fired a ton of experienced employees in order to supposedly achieve this. Where exactly is this company heading? Into the ground I would say.
We should scrap the 365 stores and replace them with Foodie Finds stores.
Foodie Find endcaps. Really??
What we really need is more Frankie's olive oil. I'm sure that he's related to someone on the board of directors.
They will allocate 20 cases and then immediately discontinue it, and pretend like it never happened.
We need to get behind it.
Guaranteed spoilage.
foodie finds should be called "guaranteed backstock"
