So I love what you did with the 'whole' work harder for less approach. Oops I meant to say 'efficiency'. The specialists who have been here for years and actually cared enough to work harder and harder to become a specialist would LOVE to have their pay docked and their workload remain the same, or better yet increase the workload.

This is all AWESOME!, but I have an idea!

How about you just lay off all the employees except for management. Just think of all the labor costs you could save on! Just an idea, But I bet Wall Street and Goldmann Sachs would love it. Let's roll it out without infrastructure or plans and make it confusing. Thanks!

Spend your money elsewhere. That is the best option at the moment. I'll never spend another dime in that place.

There is no bad press. Absent the Mother Jones article Whole Foods has done great to sweep this under the rug. We are too decentralized to act collectively. With all those papers we signed there is little to be done by anyone who is still employed (or wants to remain employed). All I can do is plan my own escape from that shithole. The remaining folks are so scared to even discuss this, I can't imagine bringing up an idea like collective action. reddit posts are old and shutdown, and if anything were publicized here the corporate trolls would find it. All I can do is not encourage people to shop there on my off time. Without giving them my name, of course...
