That's exactly what happened in San Juan IT. They lost a lot of experience that the younger minions haven't a clue about (and us older folks will not be available down the road when COP realizes their mistake), that could have served COP well in Houston, but instead they threw the old guys gracefully onto the streets to fend for themselves and their families as best they could, because they wanted to protect the more expensive supervisory positions for some reason, I suppose because the Supervisors don't know how to go out in the scary world and look for another job, being that their technical skills have dried up.
