Were there ever any significant contributions by the all female operations team that was created at the home office a year and a half or so ago? Much was promised but I suspect the new management stunted their growth. Am I wrong?

That was true years ago but now they're just 2 more suits. Nobody speaks up when somethings not working because everyones to afraid to rock the boat. This environment has turned good people into snakes. I've seen JH praise someone one minute then stab them in the back the next. Never would have beleived it.
I agree that these ladies have made good contributions, understand when things work and more importantly, when they DON'T work and do something about it.
Keep going ladies!!
They have free reign if you are referring to JH, PW and the others. They have made HUGE contributions.
