Workplace Bullying in Norcal

This is a common and supported practice in my region. Can anyone else relate to this? TMS/RVP is worthless and also condones this behavior! Leadership opportunities are based on favortisim not on work performance. Would love to somehow find a way to blow the whistle on WF and let the public know how they treat their own. As the layoffs continue I hope more team members will speak up about what is really like to be employed here.

Exactly the same here in the MA region. You better believe this vile behavior is condoned, and encourage company wide.

In NorCal with no personal horror stories about Regional TMS only that no one in our store trusts them including our PBS. Team members won't call as no action is ever taken and the STL always know who made a complaint. Their job is of course, to protect the company from legal action. Some team members don't realize this and are crushed once they finally get the nerve to make a call only to be treated with cold indifference. Will this improve? Any hope of a better day?

Nori quit a month ago. NorCal TMS is so poorly handling pressing Team Member issues and harassment that were reported way before the layoffs were announced. Keep trying and keep documenting. Those bold enough to report issues need to stand tall and see it through with confidence and composure.

FL Rinzsler you are a liar - where do you put the marketing team members who were fired? Wake up and smell the allegro coffee!

I am also from the NorCal region and agree with what you said. I had to go to TMS about some issues and they were as equally worthless as my STL. Turns out that many people in TMS are good friends with the NorCal STLs.

The level of harassment is astounding. Not how they will continue to get away with this. hope they don't - it has to stop eventually. thinking we need to share this link so more people can talk about their experiences

That practice is company wide. Try the Florida region. You have to massage one bald headed guy to get anywhere. He has to do a KPI on your massages to get anywhere. Right now we are all on the fence, the second round will be rough. It's leadership by perception and not hard work. TMS busy counting back stocks.
