Late last year I got a job offer for $37,000 more a year doing the same thing in a different industry. My boss begged me to stay promising me a huge raise and promotion. When it came time for raises they announced they were having a pay freeze and then today I got laid off. I wish I would have listened to my co-workers when they told me what a horrible place Exterran was to work for and to take the other job. To make matters worse, I heard through the grapevine that my boss was the one who recommended me for a layoff. If you are ever considering accepting a position at Exterran, do yourself and your family a favor and keep looking. They treat their employees horrible.

Did it hurt to have that much bull sh-- come out at one time? If someone offered you that much more money to do the same job your retarded for not taking it and, in that case I understand why you got let go with such a slow thought process. Piece of advice - next time you tell this lie to your friends, life partner, or whoever make the number believe able. 37,000 more and you did jump makes you sound like a lier or stupid. My bet would be your both.
