I signed my papers sept 27th, it is now October 13th and I still haven't gotten ANY of my severance or my PTO payout. My store team leader didn't turn the signed papers in for a few days so I missed the pay period deadline. Now my PBS says she doesn't know what is going on, our effective severance date is allegedly the 9th, but she said she doesn't trust that the paperwork will get actually turned in until later. Was also told my insurance would end Sept 30th so I went ahead and got insurance and made the first payment. Jokes on me, they decided to make the severance date almost 2 weeks after I actually left, so I have coverage through October. This is so stupid and frustrating. You know they have been planning this forever, why didn't they have all this technical stuff planned out? now I've been out of work for almost three weeks, and of course there was an emergency situation in my family so our savings took a hit. I just want at least PART of my damn severance! Or my PTO payout! I'm sick of having to call my rude PBS and have her say "well i don't know what to tell you." Anyone else in the same boat? Is it just my region?

no money here yet in the FL region and no one seems to know what is going on with it.
Same here in the FL region. I signed everything on the 27th then I got paperwork in mail saying to sign again for OCT 9TH.so I can have health coverage for the month. Most people I know got their 8 week paycheck and PTO. Me I haven't got anything and no severance.
PBS told me the 16th I should get everything. If not I'm calling my lawyer and we need to speed things up! I'm close to paying my bills and I have no money
