To the last poster: I'm trying to understand that part. Not much has changed in store and I don't see any of this anger where I'm at.
ummm--if we work here, why do we want to bring the company to its knees? If you work for a union, don't you want your company to be successful? Why would we organize with the intent of ruining the company?
Getting media invloved is the only way to get more people to ask the questions. Wf is transparent with their quailty standards, but what about transparency with the culture

This is the most abusive company that I have ever worked for, and I've worked for quite a few. I'm not sure how they ever got the reputation as a good place to work.
Tenley really needs to. There is lots of abuse of team members and them being taken advantage of. They think it can be covered up by the STL always acting upbeat and giving out lots of prizes at meetings
We need to get the media involved in this.
