BMI is horridly inaccurate, should do it by looks, if they don't look healthy then get rid of them
We need to get rid of people that write well. Chances are, if they are great English writers, then they probably aren't very good at writing code.
Actually, we should get rid of all people who can't read and write in simple declarative sentences on this message board first. If they can't write, they can't document. So chances are, they are f*cking up everything they do somewhere, and in ways that make it difficult for anyone else to fix it. That is all.
